Dr. Pauline So
Dr. Pauline So is a graduate of Parker College of Chiropractic and has spent the last ten years dedicated to becoming a leader in her field. She has trained in the most advanced state of the art models of healing with some of the world's top health professionals, to bring her to the cutting edge in Chiropractic. Dr. Pauline is an Ottawa native who offers a new and invigorating approach to teaching people about hands on health. As one of the most passionate health care educators in the world, Dr. Pauline is excited about helping you achieve the most out of life.

Dr. Brent Waddell
Dr. Brent Waddell first became interested in Chiropractic healing arts following a cycling accident while training for competitive triathlons. Over the course of his studies and his professional career, Dr. Brent has dedicated hundreds of additional hours practicing and studying the most advanced and most researched models of healing available. Dr. Brent specializes in sports and family care and is proud to offer a broad range of services that reflect his athletic and family interests. Dr. Brent continually challenges himself to bring the very best care and health strategies to his patients by taking a gentle, non-invasive, natural and holistic approach to health and by faithfully relying on the body's inborn potential to heal.

Lauren Caldwell RMT
Lauren Caldwell became a Registered Massage Therapist and moved to Ottawa in 2002. Her practice provides a unique combination of firm and confident Swedish and Myofascial techniques, with an intuitive energy. It is this wonderful style of massage that has provided Lauren’s clients with great relief from pain, stress, physical restrictions or discomfort. Thai massage, hydrotherapy and remedial exercise programs are often incorporated into her sessions, although treatments are specifically tailored to the needs of each client. Lauren has dedicated her career to helping those of all ages and walks of life to achieve optimal performance and health.

Jonathan Alcombrack RMT
Jonathan Alcombrack grew up in
Kincardine, Ontario, and moved to Ottawa in 1999 to pursue his education and career as a Registered Massage Therapist.
He graduated in 2003 from the Massage Therapy program at Algonquin College and since then has dedicated his time to
Massage Therapy and growing as a therapist. He has furthered his education with courses in Muscle Energy, TMJ
dysfunction and sports training. With this training he helps clients understand the importance of massage therapy and
their potential to do more with their body and life, helping each individual client reach their goals. Whether your goal
is relaxation or climbing mountains, no goal is unobtainable. Jonathan is the first Registered Massage Therapist to work
on Mount Everest, providing free treatment to the Sherpa people, while discovering the effects that massage had in a
high altitude environment.
